John Fee
CEO
John is the CEO of AiCare Corporation, he holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee and has over 30 years of experience driving innovation in technology. A pioneer in the development of optical fiber and cabling technology during early of 80s. John joined MCI in 1986, where he was instrumental in developing MCI’s advanced fiber-optics-based network, including submarine systems, optical ground cable for electrical utilities company deployment, and the MCI global reaching infrastructure.
As a founding member, CTO, of Avanex, John played a pivotal role in its growth, leading to a successful IPO in 2000. Following this milestone, he rejoined MCI, where he drove strategic initiatives and advanced technologies that enabled the launch of new, transformative services.
In addition to his corporate achievements, John founded 10C, a company specializing in software-based battery charging technologies, and is an active angel investor in a variety of cutting-edge ventures. Honored as an MCI Fellow, he has an impressive record of over 70 patent filings, reflecting his lifelong commitment to advancing innovation across multiple industries.

Catherine Fang, Ph.D.
Artificial Intelligence
Dr. Catherine Fang is co-founder and Chief AI officer of AiCare Corporations with highly accomplished professional with a proven academic and product development background in the emerging technology and product management. She holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University (Sep 2020 – Mar 2021); and a MS degree in software management from Carnegie Mellon University (2008 – 2010). Additionally, she earned both a Ph.D. and a MS degree in computer science from Northwestern Polytechnic University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in information management from Peking University.
Currently, Catherine also serves as a Distinguished Service Professor at Carnegie Mellon University and Nivida University Ambassador, where she leverages her extensive industry experience to educate and inspire the students for their future career growth. Prior to this role, she held pivotal positions as a senior product manager and architect at leading companies such as LinkedIn, Yahoo, Bluekai (acquired by Oracle), and Sun Microsystems to rollout products and services. Her career is marked by innovation and strategic leadership in developing and managing large-scale B2B and B2C products.
Catherine frequently speaks in the IEEE technical conference and AI related conferences; she held multiple patents and publishes papers in the journals and technical magazines.
With over a decade of experience, Catherine has developed deep expertise in concept development, market and user behavior analysis, product roadmap creation, and defining requirements. She is adept at navigating the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to measuring success metrics in the targeted markets. Her passion for driving innovation and delivering measurable results leads AiCare Active Intelligent Platform development for digital health services sectors.

Phillip Yang, M.D.
Medical Innovation
Phillip Yang is a Professor of Medicine (Cardiovascular Medicine) at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He holds degrees from Stanford University and Yale University School of Medicine, and completed post-graduate training at UCLA and Stanford University Medical Centers.

Shao-Kai Liu
Advisor
Shoa-Kai is a seasoned early-stage technology investor with extensive operational and management experience. Currently, he serves as a Senior Advisor at Cendana Capital (San Francisco) and a Venture Partner at Mobility Venture (Dallas). Previously, he was a Senior Advisor at Rustic Canyon Partners, an early-stage VC firm in Santa Monica.
With 25+ years of expertise in telecommunications, optical networking, semiconductors, and business services; he spent 22 years at MCI, where he led strategic technology development, driving innovations that underpin today’s Internet. He also co-founded Avanex (NASDAQ: AVNX), scaling it into a leading optical component supplier globally; and Board Member of Renren Inc. (NYSE: RENN), the “Chinese Facebook.”
Shoa-Kai has nurtured startups as an investor, Board Member and Advisory Member, leads entrepreneurs toward company formation, strategic planning, talents recruiting, business development, fundraising, M&A, and IPO etc.
He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus on communication from George Washington University, a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from Northern Illinois University, an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science (BSES) from National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan.
