This privacy policy describes AiCare’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information, and what we do to protect it. By using the Site, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from AiCare.co. In this policy, “we”, “us”, “company”and “our” refer to AiCare Corporation.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Consent – By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Types of Information
Personal Data – While using our site and service or when you submit forms, provide comments to a blog, call or otherwise communicate with us, create a profile, or upload data, you may be asked to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). This information may include, but is not limited to Email address, First name and last name, Phone number, Address, State / Province, ZIP/Postal code, City, Cookies and Usage Data.

AiCare uses the information you provide or that we collect to develop, operate, maintain, enhance, improve and provide all of the features and services found on the Site now and in the future, including notifying you about changes to our Service, to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so, to provide customer care and support, to provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service, to monitor the usage of the Service, to detect, prevent and address technical issues.
Disclosure of Data
Legal Requirements – We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend the rights or property of AiCare Corporation, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, to protect against legal liability.
Service Providers – We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. Analytics – We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service such as Google Analytics or similar services.
Data Security – The security of your data is important to us, but please note that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Other Sites – Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly recommend you review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We assume no responsibility and have no control for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
International Visitors – The technology systems underlying the Site are located within the United States and other jurisdictions, and the Terms are governed by United States law. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to: Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers. Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected. Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. GDPR Data Protection Rights
You may, of course, decline to share certain personally identifiable information with us, in which case the company may not be able to provide to you some or all of the features and functionality found on the Site. However, if you choose not to provide the information, there may be some Services that you may not be able to use. We may retain information you submit for a variety of purposes. Please note that once you have shared information with others through the Site, it may be re-shared by the recipients, and your subsequent modification or removal of that information will not necessarily affect all copies previously propagated by others.

The unsubscribe option does not apply to communications primarily for the purpose of administering orders, contracts, support for Services, software updates or other transactional notices where the primary purpose is not promotional in nature.
You have a right to file a complaint with a regulator or data protection authority.
You may also contact us to check the accuracy of your PII and/or to request that your data is updated or deleted. Please write to: info@aicare.co with the details of your request. We reserve the right to confirm your identity and in certain cases, your request may be denied on the basis of legitimate exception or where we are legally prevented from doing so.
Some data privacy laws include a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your privacy rights and we take this approach with all the requests we receive.

Google APIs – AiCare’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention – We will retain your data for as long as needed to provide you services. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where possible (and subject to the foregoing), we generally remove your data from active user databases promptly upon request, but a longer period may be required to delete other copies stored on our servers. Note that we do not delete from our servers, files are common with other users, and that we may retain archival copies of all of your data stored in connection with routine information technology backups.
